Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Director, Product Strategy & Analysis to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide strategic direction for product initiatives that strengthen customer experience, support growth, and shape long-term innovation. The leader will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate analysis into action and ensure priorities align with business objectives. The position also involves leading a team focused on strategy, product thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $294,100 - $335,700 annually
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to define strategy and direction for key product initiatives
Lead major strategic efforts, including AI transformation initiatives
Conduct analytics and assessments to anticipate trends and inform planning
Establish the vision for long-term product innovation and improvement
Lead and develop a team of strategy and product professionals
Build strong stakeholder relationships that support customer satisfaction
Foster a dynamic, customer-centric product culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of quantitative analysis experience
5+ years of qualitative analysis experience
3+ years of people management experience
3+ years of project management experience
Strong product orientation with customer-centric problem-solving skills
Proven record of strategic innovation and vision-setting
