Univar Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Director – ChemCare / OSS to own full P&L for a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA integrated services business. The role leads a ~90-person cross-functional team, drives annual plans, and shapes strategic growth across ChemCare and OSS from a remote position anywhere in the United States.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial services or chemical distribution with proven P&L leadership, strong commercial sense, and experience in regulated EH&S
