The Senior Business & Financial Services Advisor provides technical assistance to strengthen participant contractors’ financial readiness, business infrastructure, and access to low-cost capital.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one assistance in business planning, financial systems, and back-office operations
Support contractors with bonding, insurance, permits, and certifications
Facilitate access to low-cost capital including CDFIs, SBA, and MBDA resources
Requirements
Experience in small business advising, finance, or economic development
Knowledge of contractor financial requirements
