Job description
The Department of Natural Resources seeks a Senior Business Systems Consultant to serve as a liaison between business and technical teams at the agency. The role involves conducting research, defining requirements, supporting project implementation, and maintaining processes for issue resolution to align business needs with project delivery. The position reports to DNR leadership and may involve supervisory responsibilities based on agency needs.
5+ years of experience in a similar business systems or analyst role
Proficiency in writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Strong skills in Tableau and SQL
Advanced knowledge of project management theories and practices
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead, delegate work, and manage cross-functional teams
