Lead Customer Partnerships. Deliver Results.We're seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within our Pharma/CDMO business. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll own customer success, business performance, and profitability while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and growth.What You'll DoOwn P&L performance for key customer accounts and business units.Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion opportunities.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning.Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure successful program execution.Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.Serve as a key member of the site leadership team.What You'll BringBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.6+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO, or related regulated industries.Experience managing customer accounts, commercial strategies, and P&L responsibility.Strong background in aseptic filling, sterile manufacturing, or drug-device combination products.Proven success in contract negotiations, business growth, and customer relationship management.Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, leading critical customer partnerships while driving operational and commercial success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Industry-specific experience a necessity - must have experience of working in Pharma or CDMO in Aseptic Filling/Drug Device ManufactureThe pay range for this role is $142,500 - $256,500.
