Job description
Teradyne is seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer for Memory Test, located in San Jose, CA (or Agoura Hills, CA or Tualatin, OR). The role focuses on calibration, diagnostics, and software development for advanced ATE systems.
You will lead calibration algorithms, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across hardware, FPGA, and product teams. The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in EE/CE/CS and 8+ years of relevant experience with strong calibration methodologies and debugging skills.
