SIMCO Electronics in Longmont, CO seeks an experienced Laboratory Operations Lead to oversee daily calibration and repair activities. You will guide technicians, assign work, ensure documentation accuracy, and support the lab supervisor to meet turnaround metrics.
Role blends hands-on calibration with leadership and customer interaction. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in calibration, familiarity with RF/Microwave equipment, ISO 17025, and strong MS Office skills.
