Job description
Jushi is seeking a Senior Customer Consultant in Bloomington, IL to lead a team and ensure exceptional customer service while overseeing deliveries, inventory, and FIFO product flow. The role partners with the Dispensary Manager to mentor staff and maintain compliant store operations.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dispensary or related customer service, strong cash handling, and comfort with POS systems. A GED or higher is expected; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
