Job description
JPMorgan Chase seeks a senior product lead to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of the cap table product offering that supports end-to-end equity ownership management across private companies and funds.
You will lead a cross-functional team to build scalable capabilities spanning cap table modeling, issuer and investor views, corporate actions, reporting, and integrations with downstream operating, risk, and client workflows.
