Responsibilities
Lead Capital Planning & Innovation: Drive project planning, incorporate new technologies, and collaborate with leadership.
Project & Team Coordination: Coordinate among teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring compliance.
Risk Management & Process Improvement: Address equipment risks and collaborate on facility improvements.
Staff Oversight & Resource Optimization: Manage work assignments, performance, recruitment, and retention.
Project Management
Leadership & Performance Oversight: Oversee key projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Engineering & Technical Excellence: Ensure compliance and provide technical solutions.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Lead budgeting, monitor expenditures, and communicate with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
10+ years in engineering and project management
Experience in the food industry, dairy preferred
Led projects with budgets of at least $20MM
