Job description
Jobot is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Attorney to lead private placements and capital raising for clients across diverse industries. You will independently manage transactions, structure raises, draft PPMs and investor disclosures, and provide securities compliance guidance while maintaining an entrepreneurial, efficient practice.
