Job description
Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Senior Capture Manager 3 to lead capture efforts and win programs in space and defense. You will work closely with leadership, government relations, and partners to shape opportunities and drive bid strategies.
The role requires DoD TS clearance, SCI eligibility, and experience in program management, capture, or business development within federal or IC domains. Travel and site responsibilities are part of the position.
