Job description
Textron Systems, ATAC division, is seeking a Capture Manager to lead capture planning and proposal activities for U.S. Government opportunities. You will manage cross-functional teams and liaise with senior leadership to position ATAC for growth in adversary air training and related missions.
The role requires 5 years of capture experience and 10 years in program management, with strong knowledge of FAR Part 15 and government contracting. Travel 10–20% to CONUS sites may be required.
