APTIM seeks a hands-on Federal Capture Manager to own pursuits from early qualification through award, with a focus on federal environmental remediation work for Department of Defense and civilian agencies.
This role leads cross‑functional pursuit teams, shapes win strategies, and travels as needed. Depending on experience, the position can be filled at Senior Manager or Director level based on capture success.
