Job description
Cordis is seeking a Lead Sales Trainer to drive learning strategy and field readiness across the United States. You will develop education strategies for major product launches, portfolio expansions, and commercial growth in the cardiovascular portfolio.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Education leaders, you will design scalable learning solutions and coaching frameworks to ensure sales teams communicate product value, navigate complex customers, and meet business objectives.
