Kardigan, Inc. is seeking a Director, Field Medical/Medical Science Liaison for the Tri-State region (Princeton, NJ; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA). The role focuses on advancing cardiovascular medical strategy in the field, building strong KOL partnerships, and leading scientific engagements across cardiology voices.

Extensive travel (60–70%) is expected. You will provide clinical trial support, educate teams on study protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving medical strategy
