Job description
Alder is seeking an Aging Life Care Professional to join our River Towns/Westchester team. This client-facing, field-based role requires deep experience in aging and care management, with flexible hours and local travel to meet clients.
When not with clients, work may be done from our Mamaroneck, NY office or remotely. The ideal candidate will advocate for older adults, coordinate care across doctors and specialists, and develop goal-oriented care plans.
