Job description
Conviva Senior Primary Care in Daytona Beach is seeking a compassionate Cardiologist to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care to a senior patient population within a value-based care model.
The role emphasizes prevention, early intervention, and evidence-based treatment, partnering with a multidisciplinary team, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm; 40 weekly hours.
