Job description
Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Supervisor, Care Coordination to lead daily operations in the Department of Managed Care, coordinate work, ensure quality and service, and provide clinical oversight.
The role requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology, and an LCSW license; experience in case management, acute care, and with vulnerable populations is essential; supervisory experience preferred.
