Job description
Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver proactive primary care directly to seniors in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
You will build relationships, manage chronic conditions, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes. The role offers autonomy within a mission-driven, technology-enabled care model, with travel to facilities as needed and strong support from physicians and operations.
