Job description
Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for collaborative, on-site care of Medicare Advantage plan members across senior living facilities. You will work with physicians, care coordinators, RNs and other clinicians to diagnose, manage, and improve member health outcomes.
The APP practice includes independent nursing functions within scope of practice and requires a state NP license, a Master's in Nursing, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required.
