Job description
Jobot in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to a senior population in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Focus on chronic disease management, care coordination, and helping older adults maintain health and independence.
The ideal candidate has CA NP and RN licenses, 5+ years nursing experience, geriatrics or home health exposure, DEA registration within 6 months, and BLS certification. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive compensation.
