Job description
Curana Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in senior living facilities. You will deliver high-quality primary care, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care with other providers to improve resident health and wellbeing.
In this role you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, conduct routine rounds, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while adhering to regulatory standards and quality
