Job description
Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities.
You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and manage chronic conditions with emphasis on preventative care. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, maintain EMR documentation, and travel between facilities as needed.
