Job description
Infinite Medical Group is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a full-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
The role requires an active NY license for NP/PA/MD, minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care, and strong communication and clinical skills.
