Job description
Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care facilities. This full-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships within a collaborative care environment.
Located in Saint Johnsbury, VT, you will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, and work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality elder care. A Vermont license and LTC/Skilled Nursing experience are required.
