Job description
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA to deliver on-site care in long-term care facilities. This full-time role (4 days per week) focuses on meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care in a nursing facility setting.
Qualified candidates hold an active NY NP/PA license, with at least 6 months in long-term care, strong communication, and clinical skills. A supportive team environment and comprehensive benefits are provided.
