Job description
Infinite Medical P.C. in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to deliver on-site care in long-term care settings. This is a full-time role focusing on comprehensive geriatric care and patient relationships.
The ideal candidate holds an active Oklahoma license (NP/PA/MD), has at least 6 months in long-term care, strong communication and clinical skills, and a passion for elder care. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 with benefits.
