Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care facilities in Lakewood, NJ.
This is a full-time position that prioritizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.
