Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to lead clinical care for seniors in our faith-based community. The RN Manager oversees daily nursing operations, coordinates care plans, mentors and schedules nursing staff, and ensures regulatory compliance and quality outcomes. This role collaborates with physicians, therapists, residents, and families to deliver person-centered, dignified care.
