Job description
Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our APP team. The role involves providing holistic, compassionate care to Medicare Advantage plan members, in collaboration with physicians, care coordinators, and RNs.
You will diagnose, manage, and prevent acute and chronic illnesses, promote wellness, and facilitate care plans across senior living communities, with independent nursing functions under physician collaboration and HIPAA compliance.
