Job description
The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess referred patients, create individualized treatment plans, and document progress under physician direction.
Qualified candidates must hold licensure, have experience in long-term or geriatric care, and be capable of supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants while maintaining patient confidentiality and high professional standards.
