Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess residents, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
You will coordinate care through wellness check-ins, family communication, and telehealth support while maintaining high professional standards and contributing to program development.
