Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our caregiving team. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, and development of rehabilitation plans for long-term and geriatric patients, under physician direction.
You will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, document progress, and collaborate with other disciplines to deliver patient-centered treatment while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.
