Renewal Rehab in Michigan seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will assess function, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.
