Job description
ChenMed is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver accountable, high-quality care for an older patient panel. You will lead a care team, coordinate with hospitalists, and drive value-based outcomes while pursuing partnership opportunities.
The role requires MD or DO training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics, current or obtainable state licensure, and DEA/BLS credentials. Expect a patient-centered, collaborative environment with strong growth potential.
