Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will evaluate functional needs, design and deliver individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and safety.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, and educate patients and families to support long-term outcomes and safe discharge planning, with opportunities for professional growth.
