Job description
Good Samaritan Society in Preston, MN, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized treatment plans across post-acute, long-term care and home health settings. You will assess, diagnose, treat, document outcomes and adjust plans while educating residents and families about exercises and mobility goals.
The role may require on-call coverage, weekend work, travel between locations, supervision of assistants and students, and ongoing education to peers, with a focus on quality
