Job description
Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its ISNP program in Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time role focuses on value-based, patient-centered primary care for medically complex seniors in SNF, LTC, and other institutional settings.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and deliver compassionate care.
