Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering integrated therapy, wellness and medical care to seniors in partner communities.
You will assess residents, create personalized care plans, provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, safety, and quality of life in a supportive, community-focused environment.
