Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking therapists to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within the EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and work with a collaborative team to provide evidence-based interventions while supporting caregiver communication and telehealth.
