We provide everything from companionship to end-of-life hospice care, and we're committed to supporting our caregivers with the training, resources, and professional growth they need to succeed.Paid training is available every Wednesday and Thursday —get started right away!Competitive Pay: $17-$20/HRWhy Work With Us?Flexible Scheduling – Work when it fits your lifeSpecialized Alzheimer's & Dementia TrainingReferral Program – Get rewarded for bringing great caregivers to the team24/7 Office Support – We're always here to helpDutiesAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, light housekeeping.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.Help with mobility and transportation as needed, including heavy lifting when assisting clients.Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space to promote a safe environment.Monitor and document changes in client conditions or behaviors, reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel.Administer first aid as necessary and assist with medication reminders under supervision.Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.QualificationsPrevious experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred but not required.Knowledge of patient care practices, including first aid and basic nursing skills.Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow instructions accurately.Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a client home or similar environment.A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all caregiving tasks.Join a team that has been recognized by Home Care Pulse as a 2024 Employer of Choice!
