Role Overview
Apply your air cargo and parcel claims expertise to analyze real shipment evidence and provide the high-quality, well-reasoned input used to improve AI-powered claims processes. This fully remote contract role focuses on air cargo and parcel delivery claims, including documentation review, delivery disputes, and custody and liability determinations. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Review cargo and parcel claim documentation, including air waybills, shipment photographs, delivery records, and freight documentation.
Assess evidence to determine custody, liability, and compliance with release rules for disputed shipments.
Evaluate delivery photo disputes using visual and written evidence, and document detailed findings.
Draft clear written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.
Identify inconsistencies, omissions, and procedural issues in freight documentation and claims submissions.
Provide subject matter input that supports the training and refinement of AI-powered claims processes.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in air cargo, ground handling, or parcel carrier claims examination or dispute resolution.
Strong knowledge of custody determination, release rules, and liability assessment in air and ground freight environments.
Experience handling parcel delivery disputes and interpreting freight documentation.
Experience reviewing photographic shipment evidence and preparing written determinations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail and clear reasoning.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project requirements.
Experience contributing to claims-process improvements or audits is a plus.
Work Terms
Remote contract engagement.
Assignments involve reviewing real shipment evidence from any location.
Compensation
$20 to $60 per hour.
