Self-Help for the Elderly in San Francisco seeks a qualified professional to oversee the DAS Case Management program and provide case management services to seniors and adults with disabilities. The role reports to the Supervising Care Manager and requires a strong leadership presence.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in health, social work, counseling, psychology, gerontology, or related fields with extensive case management experience; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
