Job description

HELP USA in New York seeks a Senior Case Manager to supervise a team of three Case Managers, manage a caseload of 23 clients, and ensure that referrals meet shelter admission criteria.

You will provide individual and group counseling, coordinate the Money Management Program, and ensure timely charting and data entry into the AWARDS system, while collaborating in weekly case conferences to support client independence and housing outcomes.
