Advocates in Millbury, MA is seeking a Senior Case Manager to support Day Habilitation members. Starting rate $21.00/hour, schedule Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, with responsibilities guiding day-to-day operations and coordinating services.
A Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience (or 2 years) is required; strong writing, communication, and cultural competence; valid driver’s license and vehicle; organizational teamwork; commitment to diverse, inclusive services.
