Job description
VOALA seeks a Senior Case Manager II to mentor the case management team and ensure services meet client needs. You will arrange, monitor, and assure service plans, conduct assessments, and provide follow-up to keep plans on track. The role combines admin work with field outreach.
You will lead a team, coordinate resources, and ensure HMIS documentation, while supporting veterans and families toward self-sufficiency.
