Job description
Jericho Project in Manhattan is seeking a Senior Case Manager to support low-income veteran families facing homelessness. You will lead case management using evidence-based practices, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with community resources to promote housing stability.
The role reports to the Assistant Program Director, offers $55,000–$60,000 annually, and requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services with 0–6 months of related experience. This is a non-exempt, on-site position in NYC.
