Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards. The role includes training new cashiers, driving loyalty and sales, and leading by example in guest service excellence.
The position requires a passion for the guest experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. High school diploma preferred; retail cashiering experience a plus.
