Job description
Hamilton Select is seeking a Senior Claims Director, Casualty Claims, to lead high-exposure casualty and specialty claims with mentoring responsibilities. The role supports remote work or based in Richmond, VA, with potential hybrid arrangements in the tri-state area or remote US locations for qualified candidates.
You will review claims, analyze policy language, provide coverage and damages assessments, draft disclaimers, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely reporting.
